As a nature lover who respects and preserves our environment, I invite you, young and old, to discover the Montagne Bourbonnaise and to explore the Auvergne thanks to the outdoor activities I offer.
I hold a state diploma as an Intermediate Mountain Leader, and organize and supervise :
- Hiking tours (½ day or full day),
- Nature activities (½ day),
- snowshoe hikes (½ day or full day),
- Orienteering courses (½ day or full day),
- Mountain bike / Mountain bike AE outings (½ day or full day),
- nature challenges, multi-activity group bonding days.
I also hold the Brevet d'État des Sports Adaptés pour Tous and the Licence STAPS (option éducation et motricité), and offer coaching and teaching in Physical and Sports Activities.
My activities are aimed at families, children's groups (schools, leisure centers, etc.), associations, sports clubs, works councils, etc.
