The Manhès family has run this small farm in the beautiful Jordanne valley for the past four generations.

Gilles and Isabelle are pleased to welcome you and they will give you to taste some of their cheeses and propose their products: AOP Salers, farm cheeses and pork delicatessen meats. Visit: making of Cheese AOP Salers and taste every Tuesday and Thursday, 6h p.m. from July to August.

Store open May 1 to August 31, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-12pm and 3pm-7pm.

Tour of the cheese dairy and underground maturing cellar Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm. (July and August) on reservation. For groups (over 15 people), visits possible out of season.
