La Fontaine aux lions de style Renaissance orne la place de l'église romane Saint Pierre de Plauzat. Elle a été sculptée en pierre de Volvic par Louis Gourmier (1832-1901).
An elegant fountain in the Renaissance kind decorates the place of the church, which communicate with the courtyard of honour before the castle. It’s a vast construction of the 14th century adjoined by 4 towers (17th century). The old village, before fortified, spread at the west with its narrow little streets, its old dwellings and numerous houses decorated with superb balconies in wrought iron.
