The Fermes des Chambauds is a breeding farm located in the heart of Bourbonnais, conducted in organic farming. Production of lamb, beef and veal and eggs.
The plots of the Chambauds farm are all natural meadows, bordered by tree hedges. A small herd of Limousin cows (40/45 mothers) and a small troop of Île de France ewes (60 mothers) are raised on these meadows. The herds are led in organic farming, in the open air. Calves and lambs are fed on their mother's milk and grass.
