The St. Jean-Baptiste church of Sourniac was built in the 1930s (1933-1935) in the neo-Romanesque style.
Its steeple houses a bell dating from 1600 and coming from the previous parish church, the St. Amand Chapel (11th-12th c.). The St. Amand Chapel is regarded as the smallest and oldest religious building in the region.
