Historic town of Pierrefort
Ancient medieval city and barony, raised to the rank of Good City, the city of Pierrefort is built in amphitheatre, which gives it a certain particularity.

In spring, the town comes alive with the sound of the Tersons' bells, during the eponymous festival which highlights the Aubrac cows every year.
In summer, the alleys are filled with curious people with square balls. A convivial and festive meeting not to be missed.
The Caillou Costaud Festival in mid-July enlivens the city for a day with fun activities for adults and children, concerts, market and information stands on eco-responsibility.
Take advantage of the History and Knowledge trail: visitors are invited to discover Pierrefort from the perspective of its heritage and history. Led from station to station (13 in total), he will see in turn the built heritage, the legends and stories, the geology, the music and the culture but also the emblematic events of Pierrefort with always a link between the past and the present.
