Hello, my name is "Les Jardins d'Élodie", I am a little over one hectare, my parents welcome you. My aromatic and medicinal plants are waiting for you, my hop plant too, so come and visit us.
Everything is homemade: we grow, pick and process everything on the premises, using organic farming methods.
Aromatic and medicinal plants, herbal teas: compound or simple, boxed infusettes, artisanal products flavored wine vinegars, fruit vinegars. Sweet or savory delicacies: extra jam, pickled garlic, onion confit, eggplant caviar, gourmet basket.
We also grow hops for the brewing and herbal markets, an atypical crop especially in the heart of the Forterre region, where we're the first to take the plunge. We'd be delighted to help you discover this endearing plant in the shadow of its cathedral of wood and steel. We'll be sure to point you in the direction of the local brewers who work with us, so you can enjoy our cones, freshly transformed into delicious beers "made in Bourbonnais".
Since 2022, we've had a brewery on the farm, offering a range of 4 permanent beers as well as ephemeral beers.
