You may have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool with spa seat (10 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) at the start of summer. Work on the terrace around the swimming pool in progress. Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room (access via 2 steps), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet, laundry room (access via 2 steps).
Dining room. Floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people, 2 adjoining bedrooms for 3 and 2 people respectively giving access to a bathroom at the bottom (shower and toilet).
