You may have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool with spa seat (10 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) at the start of summer. Work on the terrace around the swimming pool in progress. Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room (access via 2 steps), bathroom (shower) and separate toilet, laundry room (access via 2 steps).
