The inn was founded in 1904 by the great-grandmother of the current cook, “la Mère-Castel”, as the inhabitants of the village called her. In the former bar room of the inn, charcuterie , homemade "gratins and tartes", wines by the glass await you right aside a counter from the 1950s!
