Recognised with different awards like the “Fermier d’Or” (Gold Farmer) thanks to its farmer terrines from 2002 to 2010, its rabbit sausage in 2006 and its blueberry rabbit terrine in 2012. Distinguished by food guidebooks as “Guide du Routard” and “le Petit Fûté”, guide of gourmands. It supplies more than 50 delicatessens throughout France: Lafayette Gourmet, “La Grande Épicerie de Paris”… A stand at different markets and a shop next to the farm on the hiking path to Jussac.
Present at the Aurillac Market every Saturday morning, and Wednesdays from Easter to All Saints Day.
