Direct sale and prepared in the farm's processing workshops: canned cooked dishes (stewed Charolais, tripe ...) and cold cuts (terrine pâté, fries and Charolais rillettes ...), the Fermidable! a 100% farmhouse burger, flour made from wheat grown on the farm.
