Overlooking the Besbre Valley and its castles of Beauvoir and Thoury, the old farmhouse has been transformed and modernized into a vacation home.
The house welcomes large families or groups of friends wishing to take advantage of the countryside and its outdoor activities, of the amusement park Le PAL or of the numerous tourist sites. You can also visit the owner's Charolais farm located nearby.
First floor: spacious living room with wood stove, composed of a dining area and the living room arranged near the old oven offers a modern atmosphere with some elements of the past preserved (bricks, wood, beams), kitchen type integrated, allows the preparation of meals. You will have 4 bedrooms : 1 room (1 bed 140) and its private sanitary (shower and toilet) fitted out with the old wood of a box, 2 rooms (1 bed 140), 1 room (2 beds 90), shower room and independent toilet. For the outside relaxation, you will be able to benefit from a terrace, a garden and quite simply from a court where you will be able according to the seasons to see the castles of the Valley of Besbre and the meadows with the herds of Charolais.
