Karen and Bruno LEROY welcome you in Le Gîte du Velay in a recently renovated house composed of :

Ground floor :
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer, oven, electric plate, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...)
- a living/dining room with television and sofa bed
- a shower room
- a bedroom for two persons with a double bed 140

On the first floor
- a bedroom with two single beds
- a sleeping area with another single bed

In the basement :
- a laundry room with a washing machine at disposal

Outside :
- a small space to eat (barbecue)

Wifi
Loan of childcare equipment possible on request (cot, bathtub, high chair).
Bed linen and towels can be rented.
Cleaning package at the end of the stay possible.

25 minutes from Saint-Etienne, 15 minutes from Firminy, 1 hour from Puy en Velay, and 10 minutes from the countryside....
An ideal pied à terre to discover the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region! Close to all amenities and to the center of the village (butcher's shop, bakeries, tobacconist's, bank with ATM, doctors, hairdressers, beauty salon, restaurants, bars, supermarket...) Swimming pool open in summer.
