On their horse-breeding farm, located 25 km from Montluçon and Néris les Bains, spa town, Evelyne and René have fitted out this family gîte, in an outbuilding. The living rooms are on the ground floor (living room and kitchen) and a bedroom is upstairs with a shower room and WC for 4 people (a large 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds). The other 2 bedrooms are located just opposite, in a building adjoining the owners' house, with a completely independent entrance. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other attic is upstairs. Each of these 2 bedrooms has a bathroom with separate toilet, a 160 bed, 1 90 bed. In fine weather, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace. If you wish, the owners can introduce you to the farm animals: their horse breeding, their ponies, chickens, ducks, geese, cats...Parking at your disposal. Walks from the farm. Cosne d'Allier 3 km.
