In Sologne Bourbonnaise, the Domaine Neuf is a family farm managed by Valérie and Thierry and their son Jérémie, who lives at the Thureaux farm in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Besbre.
The production consists of a breeding of Charolais cattle and poultry raised in the open air, taking advantage of the surrounding meadows. The poultry are fed with cereals produced on the farm and slaughtered on site in the EC slaughterhouse approved by the veterinary services. Chickens, guinea fowl, hens, roosters all year round. For the end of year celebrations: cans, ducks, hens, capons, guinea fowl capons, turkeys and geese.
