Domaine des Bérioles has been co-managed since 2014 by three young winemakers: Jean Teissèdre, his sister Sophie and brother-in-law Jérôme Roux. Since 2023, a brewery has been created on the estate. We brew our own cereals. Another asset of the Domaine des Bérioles is the cultivation, from August to December, of the black truffle uncinatum or "Burgundy truffle", which enables us to offer visiting customers a tasting session and a tour of the truffle field, accompanied by the dog used to cavort.
