The Bérioles estate has been co-managed by 3 young winegrowers since 2014.: Jean Teissèdre, his sister Sophie and his brother-in-law Jérôme Roux. Other advantage of the Bérioles Estate: between August and December, the cultivation of the black truffle uncinatum or "Bourgogne truffle" which allows to offer a tasting and the visit of the truffle patch to passing trade, with a dog to dig.
