At Domaine de Baudry we produce handcrafted jams, fruit jellies, compotes, organic jams, light jams, and other delicacies.
In our workshop, our preparations are cooked in the traditional way with whole fruits in generous quantities using cane sugar.
The cooking is done the old-fashioned way in a copper cauldron, in order to preserve all the flavours of the fruit and its nutritional qualities.
An exceptional choice ranging from the most regional (Raspberries, Blueberries, ...), through the most classic (Strawberries, Apricots, ...) to the most unexpected (Chocolate chestnuts with orange zest, Poppies, Hazelnuts, Chestnut specialities, ...).
Creativity is in the spotlight with unexpected fruit combinations and blends: exotic and traditional, sweet and bitter, red and yellow. The Domaine of Baudry innovates every year by creating new jam recipes. Be curious!
