Disc golf, based on the rules of golf, is a throwing game that can be played in natural surroundings as soon as you're old enough to walk properly.
Each player makes successive throws from the start to the "basket", adapting to the landscape. It's a fun, physical activity that requires observation and reflection. After a few practice swings at the driving range, you're ready to take on the 9-hole course. With Frisbee and scorecard in hand, you can explore the ancient forest of Les Assises with family and friends. Don't lose your Frisbee if it's snowing!
