Only the hemicycle apse is from the 12th century. The church is very ornate inside and contains many statues, including a Nevers earthenware statue of the Virgin, and a 17th century Pieta in gilded and polychrome wood. A stone stoup from the chapel of Montpeyroux: the stone being extremely porous, it was lined with lead.
