We are delighted to guide you through a huge platter of over 20 of our favourite cheeses of the Auvergne. Taste different types of cheeses – goat, cow and sheep, raw versus pasteurised milk, fresh cheeses alongside those a little more mature!. Discover the different recipes, cheesemakers plus the myths and legends behind each cheese. Explore new pairings with wines, beers, ciders or soft drinks and discover interesting and unusual accompaniments. Learn what to look for when buying cheese, tips on how best to store, cut and present your cheese board for personal enjoyment or your next soiree. And if, like us, you fall in love with the region’s produce, we’ll be happy to divulge our favourite markets, “secret” artisan producers and even how to adapt to the French way of life.
