The Beauvoir castle surrounded by dry moats and a French garden offers 3 spaces. Possibility of organizing the cocktail party in the park, offering different points of view on the castle and its environment.
Three spaces at your disposal:
Dinner and evening at the Orangery:
- The 300 m² Orangery can accommodate receptions of 80 to 350 seated guests thanks to its flexible space. The reception room was completely renovated in 2010 with a magnificent two-tone canopy which offers an elegant and majestic setting to your evenings but can also lend itself to the most original decorations that you will want to create. The room is accessible to the disabled and certified in accordance with safety standards.
- Time limit for the evening: 7 am.
- Provision of the premises from Friday morning for your decoration.
- Provision of chairs, tables, candle holders, heating radiators, braziers, candlesticks.
- Permanent assistance of a guard who ensures the maintenance of the smooth running of your event and receives the arrival of your deliveries and external service providers as well as the management of car traffic.
- Illumination of the castle and reception buildings, lighting of the park and parking.
- Provision of a cellar for your wines and champagnes. No corkage fee
- Provision of a list of renowned caterers from the region who will satisfy the most demanding palates. We do not impose any caterer.
- Choice of external services such as: caterers, DJs, orchestras, hairdressers, floral decoration, reception equipment, shuttle service, drink delivery, spit and bakery service, nannies, cook, fireworks etc ... A complete list for you will be given during your visit.
- Religious ceremonies in the various churches around Beauvoir depending on the number of your guests, we will put you in touch with the parishes.
- Secular ceremony in the garden or under the covered awning,
- Provision of a large parking lot for more than 300 cars.
- Tent pitches allowed.
The garden :
- You can organize the cocktail in three locations of your choice in the gardens, offering different views of the castle and the surrounding grove. Lawns lined with flowers and boxwood are ideal places to welcome your guests. Your caterer will be able to place the buffets, chairs, tables and tents that you wish to put there. In case of bad weather we provide you with a covered area in the middle of the gardens, which can accommodate up to 450 people. And for those who wish to prolong this exceptional moment, why not organize the brunch-breakfast the next day.
Additional Equipment:
- Adjoining the orangery, a room of 40 m² is available to the caterer with the electrical capacity compatible with the equipment of caterers and water points necessary for their service. At your disposal cold room and freezer.
- Adjacent to the Orangery, the Hunting Lodge has changing rooms and sanitary facilities as well as a 90 m² room for children with television, table tennis games and a nanny service that we put at your disposal. Upstairs you will have the possibility of having a rest area for the children.
Accommodation:
Accommodation possible for up to 35 people.
- The Hunting Lodge, which was completely restored in 2011, offers (optional exclusively for weddings) 8 comfortable double rooms, fully equipped with bed linen and towels provided, accommodating up to 16 people on site with a kitchenette; for the weekend or from Thursday.
- Prestigious accommodation in the castle (optional) for yourself and your family, 8 very high standard rooms that can accommodate up to 19 adults can be made available to you from the Thursday before the reception.
- Within an 8 km radius of Beauvoir you will find small hotels, guest rooms and lodges to accommodate families and guests of up to 300 people at least. The towns of Moulins and Vichy, Bourbon Lancy, will offer you a large choice of hotels of all categories.
