Free access. Settled in the heart of this "Most Beautiful Village of France", the handcraft mustards manufactory presents original preserves, especially "roupettes"… The Charroux mustard is obtained by mixing mustard seeds with vinegar and white wine of Saint-Pourçain, local vine "Tressalier". The range is wide and includes purple mustard with Saint-Pourçain red wine, ravigote mustard, a range of chutneys and puff pastries with Charroux mustard, an apples émincé with Charroux mustard.
