The site is made up of a group of wet meadows, marshes and peaty moors which are home to droseras (carnivorous plants), among other things. Amongst the remarkable fauna that the marsh shelters, there are various amphibians and reptiles, a great diversity of dragonflies such as the southern damselfly or the orange-spotted emerald, the Eurasian otter… Site classified as a sensitive natural area.
