With the help of Gilles Bonotaux and Hélène Lasserre, children's and young people's authors and illustrators who live in the area on a holiday, family walks with games for children have been organised.

The aim of the games is to have fun with the general environment (ecological, landscape, heritage) of the walking routes. The walks last around 2 hours, including the games, and cover a distance of around 5km.
Each commune has its own walk (Château-sur-Cher, La Cellette, Saint-Maurice-près-Pionsat, Bussières-près-Pionsat, Pionsat, Le Quartier, Saint-Hilaire, Roche-d'Agoux, Saint-Maigner and Vergheas). The games are available free of charge from the Mairie in Saint-Hilaire-près-Pionsat or can be downloaded from the Combrailles Tourist Office website.
