Her work can be in any of 3 techniques: charcoal, pencil or pastel.
Sylvie discovered her love and talent for drawing at a young age. As a real nature-lover, she particularly enjoys drawing animals. She has a constant eye for realism and is intent on really bringing the animals in her work alive. To achieve this effect, she masterfully works at the contrasts between light and shadow, sharp and blurred. In so doing, her work has a powerful “photographic” quality to it.
She regularly takes part in exhibitions with other artists throughout the region and her work has received many prizes.
