La Cave à Rhums is a Cantalien company that creates spirits recognized by numerous international medals. Specializing in the world of rum, it also offers other spirits, whiskies, punches and aperitif liqueurs.

- In his workshop, Valentin Calvet designs, produces, bottles, hand-labels and takes care of marketing and first-time customers.
He invites visitors to sample his range of products: rums, vodka and jams made from a variety of spirits of particular interest to chefs.La Cave à rhums has already won two gold medals at the 2023 International Wine, Beer and Spirits Competition in Lyon: Talisman number 1, vintage 2022 (cane sugar, tonka bean and blue vanilla from Guadeloupe) and Talisman number 2, vintage 2022, with candied hibiscus and Sichuan berries.
