La Maison de Julia est une jolie auberge avec le restaurant située dans l'ancienne grange de la ferme.
Christian élabore une cuisine de terroir, faite à partir de produits frais et locaux, et remet à jour des vieilles recettes venues du fond des temps. Les produits locaux varient au fil des saisons: la truite de Vourzac, charcuteries "maison", légumes variés (dont la lentille verte du Puy bien sûr), fromages du pays et sorbets bio de Haute-Loire.
