Guided tour. Between Bourbonnais and Charolais, between Allier and Saône-et-Loire, Franck Pérard raises 130 goats which produce 100 000 liters of milk per year which represents approximately 100 000 cheeses marketed under 10 different forms.
On sale at the farm, a wide range of farm goat cheeses, spade, pyramid, crottin... and a speciality "Le Saint-Légeois". Workshop on the spot. Cheese factory approved by the EEC. Traditional breeding with a herd that grazes from March to November.
